Our Mighty Warriors group for ages 8-12 focuses on regulating emotions, building courage, positive relationship development and social emotional growth. Each class will engage your Mighty Warriors in a thought-provoking lesson with fun activities, art, mindfulness exercises, movement such as yoga and self defense and  a new skill to work on at school and at home.

This group is currently only offered in Logan and meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00-6:45pm at Primary Care Pediatrics: 2245 N 400 E #202, North Logan, UT 84341

Cost: $40/month — Enrollment is on a monthly basis and covers four classes but you can join at any time and the cost will be prorated.
